| INDIETALENT.CA NEWS The old IndieTalent team packs it in for 2010 .....but.....wait for it ....IndieTalent.ca is going to be reborn under new management - read more below ......  Well, we gave this our very best shot. We started out using Live365 5 years ago, and it just didn't work for us, then we moved to doing our shows on our own site. We did this for 2 years. The plan was always to get volunteers from various college programs to come and help out. We tried a few students but had disastrous results. It seemed impossible to interest anyone in coming on board, and finally it boiled down to the station being run by one person. Trying to run an internet broadcast site, produce the programs, host the programs and run the website is more than a full time job - it's ridiculous. Finally - something had to give and it was decided that the station would have to gracefully fade into the sunset. It's been a blast, but we really have to call it quits. 
  And that is where the new story
begins. A wonderful man called Alex George, a mover and a shaker and a
real entrepreneur, has decided to take over IndieTalent.ca and
refurbish it ..... it will still be a friend to the Indie musician. but
